In general, I wanted to ask if anyone has an Amex and could get me two tickets for the 29th? I can transfer the money via priority bank transfer.

I used the code and selected some tickets too, the best was section A416 way up in the back for the 266 pounds category. Will wait for Wednesday morning and see. It's probably my last chance to see them live as I will move to Vietnam in December.

Anyone know if the whole O2 arena will be seated? I was at Radiohead the other night and there were no seats on the arena floor - only standing. (Far preferable in my opinion). Just wondering if the 'cheaper' tickets would be for standing or just up in the gods....

I called and it is all seated except within the tongue it is standing. However you get not a prefered entrance when bying the VIP thing.

We all know where the Stones are going to be this Thursday evening for the Crossfire Hurricane premiere - along with the world's press.
A perfect opportunity to stage a protest at the extortionate ticket prices - total disregard for those who don't have hundreds of spare pounds floating around.
As I said in a earlier post I saw Radiohead at the o2 the other night (£70 for great seats). No, they're not in the same league, legend-wise as the Stones, but still they are a band with an enormous following who sell out all over the world and could easily get away with charging more. But they don't.
So who's with me?

When you are a Stones archive subscriber, you're identified as a "true fan". This may enable you to get tickets a bit cheaper if there are any left from the general sale. In this case expect an email notification in the days to come.
