What are the STONES doing to fans no 12'' mixes or live tracks,all those years ago.
2 extra tracks GRRR.They did bring a promo of the 12'' mixes.
Never mind this is rock-roll.

Remember those extremely expensive singles box sets they released, eh, last year? Those had the remixes on them.

That's because the uber deluxe 90 cd singles set is coming out in 2013.

I agree - this is simply a marketing technique to excite fans for an anticipated tour. The cds are intended to remind fans of thier legendary music, which spans decades and generations alike. That is the nuts and bolts of this effort. Again, this a preemptive campiagn to remind the public of past accolades to spark tour interest.

This compilation of great hits as no bearing on fan support for the next tour. Like most fans I'm going to the concert regardless. I simply dismiss marketing agendas.

There is no complaints of GRRR! itself, other than the goofy gorilla, but don't we have these songs already?

For greatest rock-roll band in the world should be giving fans more than just best of so fan can be proud of the band i am sure they have a tour and new cd coming out.
I hope the dvd CROSSFIRE HARRICANE is brilliant and fans get satisfaction.

They neglect their back catalog the best of the Stones is not just the hit songs that is my beef with GRRR!!! Other than that I think that we expecting too much out of 70 year old men.

The reason not ALL mixes are included is because it only focuses on UK and US singles. Which means that singles and mixes only released in Canada or Mid-Europe (for example the Wild Horses Stripped single), is not included.

Then GRRR! should have included Biggest Mistake.

A very very big/a very very big mistake grrrrr.

We've been puttin' out hits albums for over 30 years
The hits came often and early, we never shed a tear
Then something happend after nineteen eighty three
The songs were little things baby, that's what they say

I acted greedy, need money for my time
Took the fans for granted they pay every time
They didn't deserve it but it's way past too too late
I recorded with SuperHeavy and ruined our fate

But I think I just made a very very big mistake called GRRRRR....

The Stones need this for a new tour? never mind ..... after 7 years to get this monkey .... but should only be ashamed and especially a band like them! but which is only Rock'nRoll if anything, is only Rock'Money'Roll! and never mind the history you need for a public young again to approach the music of the Rolling pathetic! this raccolat the buy always the same that fans around the world, this is the truth ......

The game is simple : they release what they want, you buy what you want.
