Hi, can anyone out there recommend a reliable ticket agency in New York you have used that I could trust buying tickets with from the UK?

Guess that depends on the event who'd like to have tickets for.
I live in Germany and bought myself some tickets for a John Mayer concert at the MSG through the "evil" ticketmaster. Had to pick them up at the garden. worked well. will call is a great option, if you're travelling from abroad (no shipping costs).
