I was leaning towards February 35th but then thought, well, perhaps April 37th would be better.

I don't think the Stones will ever play in Scandinavia again but every time I saw them (1990-2003) it was in the summer. The ideal setting for Stones concerts (or rock concerts in general) are indoor (stadiums or clubs) in the autumn, preferably October or November, before the Christmas rush. In the darkest months of the year you need the energy to make it through the long winter (at least here in Scandinavia).
