(these last two I really can't understand why many don't fancy them, I really LOVE the way our boys play them, every time I hear "Boardwalk" I'm right back in my childhood problem free world)

I think the early studio version of Fool To Cry, the one from "Acetates" is the best version. THis one:

It sure is fun to listen to, but the best version? I'm not sure.

They kept many of these tracks (at least parts) for the studio version.
