I can't figure out how something like this works.
Download this new uview application like the fanpage says - on your ipad or i phone or whatever & check it out. As far as I know, this is a brand new concept and the stones are introducing it to the world. Cool.

So far this is what I see. I downloaded the app on iTunes. Then I use the app on my i phone to look at the image on the Facebook page , and if you get it focused right, there's a 'loading' message, and then the eyes start blinking, and then it says 'keep your eyes peeled.' It IS kinda cool - only the Stones come up with this stuff! Now, whether it's a new book/DVD or whatever announcement, OR some really BIG news (show???) we shall have to wait and see I guess.

Not really, it's a Universal Music thing (hence the uview name). If you click on the antenna icon, then at the bottom you can browse other '"auras" for all kinda artists.

But it *is* cool.

Any chance of explaining this so that a six-year-old (and me) could understand what you're supposed to do?

I found the announcement on Facebook using my PC but failed to see see anything about iTunes.

Do you have to use your Smartphone in the first place? If so, what the hell do you do exactly?

Any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Harlem - pretty much what Koen said. Go to the link above and download the app. (For me, it opened in iTunes.). Then on your smartphone, point it so you see the eyes on the Stones FB page ( I used my phone pointing at my laptop). If you get the focus right, the eyes will start blinking. Not sure how else to explain it. Right now it's no big shakes but will be interesting to see what happens.
