Yeah.....the bit about the backing people being told to leave vacations to get to France ASAP is interesting, to say the least.

I just checked their various websites, and Lisa Fischer and Bernard Fowler have NO concerts booked!

IF they play in Paris on the 29th and Bill is with them I sure hope Mick Taylor is asked to join them for at least a few songs and then the finale.

Film the show and release it as it's own concert film and I'll pre-order today!

I looked at Taylor's concert dates and he also is free on the 29th!!

Well, I don't know about the relevance in France but it would be relevant in Toronto. They seem to like venues which are a quick trip from the hotel (or the homes they are renting). By 'quick', I mean a straight trip......not too many twists and turns. Just out the door, down one or two straight streets and boom.....they're there!

Well, its a lot closer from the Olympia to the hotel(s) they normally stay in, if thats of any help!

Very interesting story. Unlike London and NYC, I hadnt heard anything about a rehearsal this time, so will check it out and see what I can find.

I do think the concert at the Olympia bit is a bit of a stretch, though - but wouldnt it be great if it was true. I'll definitely be looking at flights!

The place holds, what, about 2,500 at the most? And you can bet no more than about 1,500 tickets would be on sale to the public.

Tonight, I'd tried to look at the Olympia site, and it was already temporary unavailable for one minute, imagine the D-Day

What's the harm in getting ahead of ourselves, seems everyone here does it all the time. This is starting to look like something that might actually happen.
