From what a member here said, only a small portion of the tape was bootlegged.
They also added Don't Lie To Me and Sweet Black Angel, but they probably weren't satisfied with those latter songs - at least not enough to include them in L&G.

how is there not more buzz about this amazing clip??
i love these audio tapes- the band feels fried - they need to recalibrate before shooting L&G - they book a studio - rehearse NONE of the setlist songs - choosing instead to noodle and lay old blues standards - go out and @#$%& BLOW IT OUT OF THE PARK AND add Dead Flowers for one night only -
