V!P's International Art Galleries Rotterdam presents:
STONES 50 Book Presentation
On Thursday 12 July 2012 it is exactly 50 years since the Rolling Stones went on stage for the first time at London's Marquee Club in Oxford Street.
To celebrate the band's 50th anniversary the London based publishing house Thames & Hudson announced the publication of the only official and authorized book: The Rolling Stones 50, written by Mick, Keith, Charlie and Ronnie.
The Dutch edition will be published by Unieboek | Het Spectrum and the presentation of this book will take place on the evening of Thursday 12 July at V!P's Gallery Rotterdam. The gallery is situated in a more than 100 years old warehouse building and in collaboration with our colleagues in the building we have decided to organize a special Stones event with several exhibitions, the official presentation of the Rolling Stones 50 book, live music, films, dj's, food, drinks and a lot of unexpected surprizes.
