Do you use malware ad blocker? Some of those get a bit too enthusiastic. Better than being too lax though.
I think you can download. The blocker is just letting you know that it finds the site suspicious. I've never had an issue when downloading when that warning comes up.

I bet they are trying to get you to sign up for a paid account. Their goal is to get people to pay for a download subsbription.
