And what a great setlist! A 50th anniversary tour...what a concept! Congrats to Brian and the boys.

There are definitely some surprizes in the set list. Carl's "All This Is That" probably the most obscure. Great song!

I met Mike about a month ago and asked him "So, Mike, how many songs are you guys going to be rehearsing?" "About 40 or so" he says. Then I said, "Can I request, "All This Is That?" His assistant said "Ooohh that's a beautiful song! You have great taste." Mike turned to me and said: "Oh you like that one, eh? That's a good one."
So whether it's a coincidence--I'm just gonna go ahead and say that the song is in the set because of me. Case closed!><

The reason they can play 42 song set list in 2.5 hours is the songs are between 2-3 minutesin length. The Stones have songs from 3-10 in length. I hope if they do tour we get about 25 songs but for Mick and Keith to do 25 song set list will be tough without lots of days between shows. The Beach Boys have a great show but it is mellow and laid back where the Stones have a very active moving setlist. The only comparison is the band members ages. The concerts are totally different and I have seen them both more times than most of you have lived in years.
