Uncut's article. He said he shared with Jimi the same PP arnold's flat in Holland Park ... Jimi also left his bassethound, Snoopy, to Ronnie as PP was complaining as the dog was shitting everywhere "Either the dog goes or You two go!" and Jimi decided to go.

To His Majesty's question, I did not meet Hendrix until February 1968.
But in the next several years he certainly told me a lot about his various living situations in London as well as in New York, Seattle and on and off the Chitlin' Circuit. One of the reasons he often referred to himself as a "gypsy."

If I recall correctly Wood writes quite a lot about Hendrix in his book, and mentions specifically that at that time he thought Hendrix was really overdoing it with drugs, really downing and smoking as much as he could every night.
