I'm on Windows7 64bits .
To make screencaps , you got numerous choice.
I've used numerous soft and numerous way, the easier and the one I've choosed is :

I play the BD, when I want to make my screencap, I pause, clic on Printscreen
and then edit and paste in XN view.
Once I got my picture, I resize it If I want to resize it and I save it (Lossless)
I open then CorelPaintShopPro XIII and run the adjust levels if needed
Then I add a frame (From Corel) that I like
I save it again (lossless for me) with a compression of 10% for uploadin' on the boards and the job is done.
Hope I have been clear enuff, if not ask me again I will try to improve my english.

I dont think it was much of an incident. Ronnie just rolled out of bed, and Mick had already had his health shake, his run, his workout and his lunch.

Here are two shots from the DVD version,hope you don´t mind...

These blu-ray shots are fantastic. Brings back great memories of seeing this film on the big screen when it first came out despite my complaints about the editing, etc. Also has sentimental value as the indor show was filmed in my home turf of NJ. Unfortunately, I had tickets for East Rutherford but got really sick and gave my ticket to a friend. Still - good memories of the '81 tour although the show I saw was the tour opener at JFK Stadium in Philly, which was something of a trainwreck, especially in light of what they would later prove capable of as documented on film and especially the Hampton Bootleg. Philly was pretty ragged but still had a great time; great party atmosphere with my friends..and right in front of the stage. Close enough to read the Marlboro logo on Keith's pack of cigs. When Mick went in the cherry picker during JJF he swooped right over our heads, tossing flowers petals down on us. Could see the whites of his eyes and every line of his face. Lots of fun even though they made a lot of mistakes that day. It was also a thrill as it was only the second time I saw the Stones. First time was '78, also at JFK in Philly; not a "great" performance but still lots of fun. That time was from half a stadium away. They looked like ants even with binoculars. The sound wasn't bad for that era, PA-wise but the roar of the crowd was so loud when they first came on, I had no idea that Let it Rock was the opener until I read it in the paper the next day. Fortunately, the crowd calmed down enough that I could actually hear the rest of the show. For my live Stones virginity-loss, it was a pretty good experience. Was kind of surprised that they used no video screens as even back then, some bands were already using them for stadium shows. At least the next time I saw them at Shea Stadium in '89, I was again right up front and the screens appeared huge from that vantage point. It was a good show; a little bit let down that they'd opted for a slicker approach by then, but they played well, the sound was crystal clear and LOUD, and there were many moments still emblazoned in my memory after all these years. Keith was in especially fine form, playing very good solos and running around, spinning with enough energy to make him as exciting to watch as Jagger. Ruby Tuesday, 2000 Light Years, Paint it Black with a long drawn out Keith intro, embellished by the stunning visuals. And what a stage! It was really a spectacle. Loved the encore of JJF with blinding red lights exploding in our faces as Keith hit the opening riff. My first time to hear Rambler and Sympathy (with Mick towering over the crowd; casting a huge shadow across the entire venue) in concert plus many others. Some friends I brought became life-long Stones converts at that show.

I love these photos. Thank you very much for posting. It's fascinating to see what can be done with blu-ray. It doesn't change the unsatisfactory nature of the film itself. Hampton is so much more satisfying as a DVD experience. I hope that gets a nice treatment some day.

I hear what you're saying but I can't think of any band that has released two near-identical DVDs from the same tour. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there is a precedent for this? Would love to see a cleaned-up Hampton for sure.
