DONT STOP-NEW ROCK MIX-4:01
DONT STOP-ALBUM VERSION-3:58
KEYS TO THE HIGH WAY-4:12
STEALING MY HEART-3:43
LOSING MY TOUCH-5:07

RELEASED 2002

I just listened to this after 9 years....i must say its not bad. LOSING MY TOUCH is a very good effert by Keith, visions of 911..........STEALING MY HEART is weakest song on disc, not aweful, straight forward wimpy rocker.....KEYS TO YOUR LOVE is Jagger at his best, cute, loveable, DONT STOP versions are ok, i like the NEW ROCK MIX alittle better, the guitar mix is better.............

This 5-track CD single was not commercially released if I'm not mistaken.
Regular edition of Don't Stop CD single has 2 versions of this song plus Miss You disco mix.

It is a great live cut, but I am sure the SRB (Serial Ronnie Bashers) will
find fault with it, they always do... they wont wont like his cool neck
camera or they will say he has bad breath, the ywill say... yadda yadda yadda...
I just dont understand "those people"..... the SRB.

I like Ronnie Wood, I always have.

There are much better versions of Don't Stop. That version's just a trainwreck, starting with the intro. Every guitar is playing a different song.

Hard to believe it's been 9 years since that tune came out.
I remember kind of liking it at first (the excitement of a new Stones tune blurred my reasoning),
but then I quickly came to the conclusion that it's kind of a stinker. Ronnie's guitar cam was cool though.

There is nothing wrong with that song...it's just that there isn't much right with it either. Maybe it needs a little salt and pepper or something?

if the stones recorded then a whole album and it had sounded like these 4 songs, i would rate it well below ABB or any other stones record...

Back then I succesfully avoided purchasing "40 Licks" (still haven't) and tracked down this 5-track promo disc instead. It certainly feels great to own these 4 songs on a single disc as it feels like an old-fashioned vinyl EP. Not ground-breaking stuff here, but oh well, just a cute little disc with 4 tracks.

KEYS TO THE HIGHWAY-4:12

you might want to correct that - it's your love this time, not the highway

Don't Stop made sense in concert - the band clearly enjoyed playing it, and it seemed to have a "loosening up" effect

i still don't get why people dis Stealing My Heart so much - i like it!
musically it sounds to me like a garage holiday carol (i'm afraid you have to be me to hear that, though!)
and there are some amusing lyrics in there: "i thought you were dinner, but you were the shark"

Because it's crap, that's why. Fluff. The Stones 'having' to come up with something.

Yes, the 4 new Licks are great. They wasted an opportunity in deciding against quickly recording another 6 or so new songs whilst they already were in the studio. They could have well saved them for later, for a mid-tour album release, but no, it was not to be. The band clearly were on a roll during those Paris Licks Sessions. "A Bigger Bang" did not live up to the promise of "Licks" when it comes to the new material.

Four New Licks is the Stones´ 2002 studio EP.
The only new tracks since 1997. In my shelf it´s
between Babylon and BiggerBang.

lol....
It tries to be Beast of Burden, but something ain't quite complete. It seems like filler.

It's only "Aural Mecano" ..
That's what the NME called It's only Only RocknRoll single back in 74.
And that even more goes for Don't stop.
