Who saw the Stones very close or met one them this tour ?

My Friend met Bernard Fowler in the Four seasons hotel on 26 august
The only thing Bernard told about the Stones is that the new album is coming.
Bernard talked a lot about his solo stuff and plans a solo tour.
But for moment nothing is planned and this could be the last tour ??
But there is still an option for some south-america dates ??
Will Ronnie tour to promote his solo album?
Could it be that the members of the Stones crew cant tell plans to outsiders ?
Did anyone met the Stones or Crew on this tour.. any news ?
My friend was in Ronnie's pit and said that they were still +- 30 meters 30 yards away

My guess is that Bernard has a non-disclosure agreement that forbids from giving away much inside Stones information.
He has a really good gig with the Stones. Why risk messing that up by blabbing?
