MY PROBLEM: I have an obsession regarding Exile...I don't feel "whole" unless I
listen to at least 7 tracks of Exile every day...it's been going on for a
while. I don't think there's any medication or psychiatric protocol to help me...

Well, as a psychologist, I can identify this as boarder line Obsessive Compulsive
Disorder. OCD usually can be treated with an anti-depressant/anti anxiety protocol,
combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Or do a few bong hits and play the
whole record daily....L O U D.

Running for about an hour three times a week has worked for me. It focusses the mind and it helps separate the mental wheat from the chaff....so to speak. And makes the spirit strong!

Seven months. That's how long I dabbled with that record until I got it. Until
it finally opened itself up to me fully and let me in.
Then seven years. That's how long I listened to that entire record, once
or twice a day. Seven years before I was able to kick it.
Rarely listen to it now. Only with company, or for research.
I seriously regard that record as not just created by heroin, but as heroin itself.
Seriously, kids, don't mess with it.

I only travel abroad for Stones gigs. I otherwise have no interest in travel.
When I get to my destination I wake up every morning and go and hang out in record/DVD shops, some times the same shop every day for a week. I have no interest in sighseeing or other tourist persuits.

I am a longtime fan of their music. But I can't say that I feel fascinated by them. Or numerous other bands and performers I like.
I'm generally but not always interested in what others here have to say about the Stones. The opinion of obsessed Starfu....rs and fantasizers do not inteest me.

Another of my quirks , I just can't sit still sometimes . It's 8:07 am , I have been up since 2:45 am . Been for a 5 mile walk , came home , showered had a second coffeee and went for another 3 mile walk . I'll most likely go again sometime today
Oh doctor please help me I'm damaged .

Lots on your mind Boston? I sometimes have the 'early' wakeup, although rare thankfully. I try to read to get my mind off the topic that is bugging me.
Do you at least get the great 'catchup' sleep the next night?
