Just about anybody will give you the FLAC files.

Yup

They're easy to find....would've liked to pay for them though.
But its not an emotional requirement.

Well, you payed for the only thing they would let you pay for, so your conscience should be clear. If they don't want your extra money, who are you to argue?

Unfortunately, FLAC files don't work on iPods, so I'm using the mp3s for that. But will defenitely burn the FLAC files on a disk to play through my stereo.

Almost done downloading, listening to Under My Thumb....
Sounds completely different then Still Life.

Captures the live performance greatly, lots of guitar details.

I believe I read on the other thread that Under My Thumb from Still Life is from New Jersey. Might have the wrong state, but it's not from Hampton.

Exists in FLAC! thumbs up

But not for the US! It's Mick's revenge against the Neocons! thumbs up
(just kidding)

We can get it in the US. I just did! We have to get it from Google Music.

What you can do is find a program to convert the FLAC's to M4A (Apple lossless). This way it'll work on an ipod too.

The only Hampton 18/12/81 songs that are on Still Life are Lets Spend The Night Together, Shattered and Time Is On My Side.

Got it, mp3, just listening now on my iphone:

1. Far far superior sound to my "real" bootleg, great mix, great bass, you can clearly hear all instruments, good stereo-seperation!

2. Ron Wood is pretty good, now you can hear his guitar! great!

3. Yes, I was disappointed, that it wasn´t leeds71 or a clubgig, never listend to "still life" for about 15 years, but THIS IS AMAZING! Great great gig, awesome recording ....

Well I bought it ,but I can't find the file anywhere, should have gone to same file as Brussels but no sign.
Got an email confirming purchase from paypal and Stonesarchive (bravo) but no music, sent an email ,waiting for a reply.
Very frustrating buying downloads be they i tunes or these from SA,always some issue, whereas if I download something off torrents or some other dodgy site, download in seconds,no wonder young kids don't bother paying for anything when you get all the crap when doing things officially.

Just do a search on your computer for an individual song title and it'll show you the folder that it's in. And if you have lots of that title (eg Time is on my side), then view the files in date order and the one with today's date is the one you need
