I am starting a new thread to bypass my breathless anticipation of the next bootleg.......exactly what is said at the beginning of All The Way Down? And,is it Ronnie or Bill who says it?

Re: Who says what at beginning of All The Way Down

Ronnie, "Don't amp from the beginning, just drop us in..."

LOL! Now I need another distraction. I am on vacation next week, and I hope El Mocambo comes out by then for my listening enjoyment!

relative to the timespan of western civilization, that's not long at all.

One of the highlights of Undercover to me. Cool lyrics. Nice guitars.

I thought it was "Don't want to hear it from the beginning, just drop us in."
meaning an overdub.

Does it sound to anyone else like the tape is sped up though?

In the outro he keeps repeating; "I buried Paul, I buried Paul"

No. Where?

Yes, I agree. Ron's speech sounds rushed. I wonder if stimulants had something to do with it? Maybe not in the obvious way, but perhaps in the decision to speed up the tape and tack it to the beginning of the song...

CotM = Child of the Moon for those who may not know winking smiley
----------------------------

"Doctor please, some more men please,
To Cotchford Farm, out by the pool...

What a drag it is they couldn't revive him"

It's Keith to Chris Kimsey behind the glass, and he says 'Don't want to hear it from the beginning, just drop us in'.

Isn't it the other way round? Chris says this to Keith. Definately doesn't sound like Keith
