Would call customer service or print out the email and take it to the box office on the night of the show. Do not return until you speak to someone official!

Seems a bit weird to me..........

Presumably whoever sent you that email knows you bought tickets and which ones.

Why can't they just send you the right tickets as replacements.

Why do they need the old 'useless' tickets back?

I would want to talk to someone at Ticket master before doing anything.

does seem a scam to me. if theyve sent out wrong tickets, why do they want them back, they would just send out the correct ones with a cover email.

tread carefully.

This sounds really weird. You should call the customer service number with the tickets or confirmation email to confirm.

They don't offer to reimburse you for the cost of returning the tickets. It seems highly suspicious to me allowing for the fact that ticket agencies are run by scumbags.

simply ask them to send you the correct/new tickets before you send your tickets back to them

Last year Ticketmaster NL cancelled my 4 tickets after I had
lost one - it was sent by me to a friend and got lost in the mail.
Then they sent me four new ones as .pdf. No problem and great service!

Call them, it sounds dubious.

I think you should take the tickets to a ticketmaster location and ask them to print you the correct tickets. After you receive the new ones THEN give them the ones which are " not going to be accepted the night of the show"

May I ask who besides Ticketmaster knows which tickets you purchased?

That’s what surprised me - assuming it is a scam how do they know I have Stones tickets? Has anyone else received this email or is it just me?

BTW I have no intention of sending my Stones tickets off to some anonymous address in Manchester. I posted the email here for confirmation of my suspicions and just in case someone else gets the same email.
