I never tried playing along with an electric guitar. It would be difficult I think to get the volumes right.
On the acoustic guitar, it's always great to play along with "Sweet Virginia" and "No Expectations". Getting that rhythm just right (to really appreciate Keith as a guitar player, one should listen to his acoustic work I think), it's a lot of fun. I also try to play along with "Let It Loose", but wow, that's hard work and I still can't really do it.
For the rest, I love to play along the riff (albeit on the acoustic) with "Midnight Rambler" (the Get Yer Ya Ya's Out version). It's a lot of fun, especially the rhythm changes and the little fills when he slows down.
Occasionally I have a go at the "Sympathy For the Devil" solo on Get Yer Ya Ya's too (Keith's solo, Mick Taylor is way beyond my skills (so is Keith's but at least there one can hope).
In general, most early Stones songs are fun to play with, 60's - early 70's. On later albums, it gets harder, because the production makes it harder to distinguish what's going on, guitar-wise.

CYHMK is good fun.
In standard tuning, Down In The Hole gets you way down into the blues.

Ry Cooder on MfT. A tough one to nail.

Are there any special chords involved in Down In The Hole? Or just standard Bm, G, F# and E7?

Especially the fret-clanking

He's a sniper with a great vibrato indeed.
