Performance outtakes

The outtakes of Jagger/Pallenberg/Breton from Performance's bed scene apparently made their way to the "Wet Dreams Festival" in Frankfurt. Is there absolutely any truth in this? While there is the strip of film that made its way into OZ magazine, there's nothing to substantiate that any of the film's outtakes survived. Any ideas?

Anita is dead now and Mick and Keith to some extent reconciled. I wonder if it's time to leave this one alone ?

I recall an interview where Stu said that the outtakes had won a prize at a porn festival in Amsterdam.

I know we should never let facts get in the way of a good story grinning smiley but let's be real : in the late 60's Britain was a very conservative country especially about all things sexual.
Do you really think some explicit hardcore stuff could be filmed on a big budget production set...? Do you think the color reels of the naughty scene could have been sent to a pro-lab and processed without anyone knowing and speaking...?

Can you imagine a production assistant going to the lab and telling a technician "Oi I got a 35mm color reel I want you to process. It has this Jagger lad doing the ole in-and-out with some broad fer real!".

The Vice squad would have been tipped off on this in a minute... eye rolling smiley

Don't know much about it, but I do know that Shinkichi Tajiri won the first price at
the Wet Dreams Festival in Amsterdam in 1970/71 (source: eye),
though another source (Jahsonic) mentions Bodil Jensen as winner of the first price, which
is also mentioned on art and popular culture.

Performance is not mentioned in any of these sources.

Just as long as the guitar plays, let it steal your heart away
