Its telling that so many of the best finished outtakes are cover versions.

Assuming it exists !
I think we should focus on stuff that's been leaked and that we like ;-)
Not much to add...Gangster's Moll, but it seems they never managed to get it right, the Lonely at the Top version is good, but the Jagger/Beck version from 1987 is a bit weak, that new bridge is really bad.
A few of my favs :
Honest Man
Ivy League (partly reused for Lucky Day and Rain Fall Down)
Make it Now
Gangster's Moll
Zip Mouth Angel
Got Away with Murder (needs work)
Strictly Memphis
What are you gonna do with my Love
Loving You is Sweeter than Ever (cover)
Chain Reaction Groove
All Mixed Up
Fast Talking
English Rose (much too short)
Jah is not Dead
I Love the Lady (aka Sexy Nite)
Drift Away
That's a thought, I think Scarlet was supposed to have been recorded in Montreux at the end of the B&B sessions though, the version we know seems to be a playback they were listening to during the Rotterdam De Doelen sessions in February 1975Quote

I wonder if English Rose is the song Scarlett since it would seem to be from around the same '74-'75 time period.
Yep and that one never came out although I understand some snippets were circulated in the late 90s. It's likely they tried Mick's new arrangement from the session with Jeff Beck and that one is pretty big disappointment, particularly the bridge, very corny, but Keith could certainly have helped fix it.Quote

'Gangsters Moll' sounds pretty close to finished on the existing take, so its a good likelihood that they finished it.
It was also re-cut for Steel Wheels.
