Then also Bill Graham who managed the tours from 1972 to 1982.

Ron Wood: Their best records were behind them when he showed up. And he did his best and most memorable work with Faces and the Jeff Beck Group. But he has made valuable contributions for 36 years.

It could be easy to say Prince Rupert and Marshall Chess for all that they did for the Stones being on their own. I'm sure for Mick's choice Michael Cohl is the most important figure for obvious reasons.

But for me it's Jimmy Miller.

It's Darryl Jones...Stones is all about music and they would have done without both Loog and Jimmy Miller...

Stu if he does not count as official Stone.
Faithfull, Anita, Shirley as she made sure the drummer had a balanced life, Ushi, Hansen.
Rupert, Chess, Drug Dealers tour promoters, Lawyers, klein
Ry Cooder, Keys, Miller; Hopkins.

IORR and other fan run forums play a key role for the band nowadays.

No mentions for Bill Carter. I don't think there would've been a Stones (at least no Keith) past the mid-70's if it wasn't for him. They certainly would've had more visa and touring problems.

Ian Stewart is a stone. Without Loog they probably would not have risen above average. Then again he dropped Ian...
