Wrong post Rockman?
Hope it wasn't this one Rockee.
That's a rip-off! A pretty cool one, really. Obviously influenced by CYHMK.
Can hear where perhaps Lynrd Skyrnd got some ideas for a couple of songs.
Could this tune have also been influenced by Pusherman somehow, maybe the musicians? That came out in 1972.

The instrumental portion of Angry Eyes, the 1972 hit by Loggins and Messina, reminds me an awful lot of CYHMK.

Have played Angry Eyes several times and the instrumental part is good by not a patch on CYHMK.and dont think that they have been influenced by each other.
The Stones were working on CYHMK in 1970 as follows -
June 16-July 27, 1970: The Rolling Stones continue recording material at Olympic Sound Studios in
London that will wind on both Sticky Fingers and Exile on Main Street, including Shake Your Hips,
[Can't You Hear Me Knocking, All Down the Line, Sweet Virginia and Shine a Light.
Both songs are really good and which one is better will depend on personal taste.

A nice move to let the bass take handle the CYHMK-riff, albeit a bit slower on the last last note
