Its a picture disc. B side Think im going mad. It is the Stones tongue, and a naked girl wrapped to a candle.
Bought it in 1984 i think.

Dont wanna sell it. Just wondering if it has any value in stones(Music ) world.

A 'unique' Stones artifact, even though it's not worth much.
I bought this when initially released - would buy it again (at the prices listed above) if I didn't already own it.

In the U.S. right now?

There are usually two (or more) values on these things...

1) What people think it is worth... asking $60.00-$80.00

2) What it actually sold for.... sold $30.00

3) The value of actually owning it, holding and looking at it person... admiration value- priceless

...and when I die, I've told em to toss my stuff like this in the same box as my pounds of flesh and burn it all... just to help everyone elses values go up... less supply / higher values. That is better than it selling for fiddy cents to sumbody

I own a copy! Hoped it would be worth something but I guess not. To me it is of course.

Back 30-plus years ago, I had friends who worked in record shops in Cincinnati near the UC campus. One of the owners had used the A-side and put a clock mechanism in through the back... Kickin' piece of unique memorabilia!

As the years went by I got in the habit of hitting records shows around the Dayton/Cincinnati area and became good friends with a guy who travelled every weekend to work 2 or 3 of these a week... I would buy loads of Stones swag and other bands' stuff from him...

Several years ago I went through a box of vinyl I had accumulated, and there was this picture disc I had bought from him, priced at $30... As I continued going deeper into the box, lo and behold, there was a second one, with his tag priced at $25!! My good eye for collectables is long-running...

I guess I have at least two! Hilarious!

Yep mine's all faded too even though it was stuck between other records. I remember where I bought it though, nice memories, priceless.

The only Stones' related item I have that has any value is the Limited Edition "Out of Tears" CD Single...I remember thinking I should buy 4 or 5 of them...would have funded a few shows down the road!

Oh and I have the 3D "Tattoo You" promo too, that thing's rare I understand ;-)

eBay means rare things are not rare at all anymore. I chuckle, I bought an RCA Laserdisc of Gimme Shelter about 25 years ago at a garage sale thinking it would be valuable for an insane Rolling Stones collector. You can buy a sealed one on eBay for $20 USD.

25-30 Euro I'd say, in superb condition. Edition must have been relatively large.

Exactly. I guess most fans or iorrians at least bought everything. I have an interview pic disc from the early 80s and original pressings of Beggars, SG, GHS, LIB, Debut,OOOH etc (just had to mention) - even UC for some reason. I dont think they are worth anything at all - they enhance the vinyl experience. I even have a copy of Dirty Work in mint condition still sealed in coloured plastic wrapping. Never played. I fully support HMSs crusade in hope of a buck and a dime.

Well, - it´s a strange world, - but the REALLY rare stuff is still very expensive . . . .

the "Have You Seen Your Mother Live" - Decca vinyl - MONO (the rarest)
- the "Sticky Fingers" - vinyl, - MONARUAL - (more common)
the 7" orange-swirl JJF - STEREO - (rarely for sale)
- the YCAGWYW Soulwax radioedit promo CD . . . (rare - rare !)
- and so on . . . . .

Anyway, - the prices for those "collectors items" will always be a
subjective choise, - as NO item is worth more, - than anyone of us is prepared
to pay for it !
