Super Heavy? Some Girls? Tour?

Also on Facebook. From the Rolling Stones page, so I don't think it's Superheavy related...

The official rolling stones fan page on facebook have just messaged saying

'Stand by for Some news at 5pm GMT...


'Some news, a reference to Some Girls? Jesus I'm reading too much into it ignore me, but F@$k Me im excited for this next hour to roll on by!'

They didn't use a capital S for Some on Facebook, so your assumption is a bit far-fetched. ;-)

The Rolling Stones tweeted it also:

"The Rolling Stones
stand by for some news at 5pm GMT......"

I'd be shocked if they announced a tour online. Normally those are major media events where they shut down the Brooklyn Bridge,Swoop in on gigantic blimps with the Stones logo on it or shut down Grand Central Station.

More likely this is some type of announcement about the "Some Girls: re-issue.

It could be about the Some Girls film which (I believe) debuts on 4th October, 2011!

5 p.m GMT is 18.00 CET (6 p.m CET). Which is 20 minutes from now. My guess is that it has something to do with the Some Girls reissue.

OK, if anybody gets it in 20 mins, could they post it here?

Wasn't US cinema information for the Texas concert release lised as "coming soon" on the Rolling Stones website? I'm thinking that's what I saw yesterday even though there were details for many other conutries. Possibly they're going to announce the cinema info for the US.

My bet's on it being the BBC2 interview - but he could mention any of the other things during the interview, bar the tour. He's very unlikely to make any solo announcement about that for the reasons already mentioned by James Kirk.

SuperHeavy tour or an announcement there will be an announcement of a Stones tour. To be any day now in the press/news etc.Gonna be good news I am sure.
