can anyone tell me a safe way to convert the .rar files on a mac

i'm trying the megaupload stuff to fill some holes and not having any success converting these.

If anyone can shine a light.....it would be greatly appreciated

I don't have a mac, but winzip.com has been around for a decade at least, and totally safe.

Not sure if there is a Mac version, but I can't imagine there is not.
