Pretty sure this is from the Concert For The Blind (1979) that Keith was ordered to perform after his drug bust in Toronto. It started out as a New Barbarians show and Mick and the others came out at the end for a few songs.

I had never seen this video, and I was intrigued.

There's two parts to the video.
The first part (until about 3 mins) has a soundtrack that doesn't belong with the film. The film is of the New Barbarians from I don't know where, perhaps someone can inform us, but the audio is from the Woodstock Rehearsals for the 1978 tour recorded 27th May - 8th June: Woodstock, New York at Bearsville Studios.
The second part (from 3 mins) is from the Concert For The Blind on 22nd April,1979 at the Civic Auditorium, Oshawa, Canada.
