On this day 26th August 2007 its exactly IV years ago The Rolling Stones played their last concert in London..some people are even saying it was their last one ever.But I very much doubt it

I was,nt there (lucky me!) I only saw them in Denmark in Horsens 2006 and Copenhagen 2007. What a crap, and waist (lots) of money to the very greedy Sir Jagger!

There's a pretty impressive DVD that was shot using something like 6 different cameras. That was something that amazed me on those last tours - that bootleggers were shooting from various angles and then splicing the footage together really professionally.
Led Zeppelin's show at the same venue was another multi-camera angle boot.

I always thought that the final O2 cocert was the last ever, with their assorted kids coming on stage and just because it was the last of the 3 nights there. I said to Pam (my long-suffering wife) that night that this could well be the last time we see them. I hope I'm wrong, but if not, I'm glad we were there. That night brought me up to 34 gigs, so whatever happens, I can't complain.

Flew into London from Indiana the morning of the show. Back to the states the next day. After the money spent and the grief from the wife, it was well worth it. Thought going in that this was probably IT! Four years later it still feels that way. No regrets!!

I've got no expectations they'll pass through here again.

I was in London for the 1st 2 shows at the O2. I was not able to stay for the last show but after seeing 50+ shows (I lost track somewhere near 50) starting with my first show in Pittsburg 1972, I had never heard one of me favorite Stones tunes Shine A Light live until that second O2 show. I kind of felt that after that I may never see them again. I just hope I am wrong!

The first 2 shows were the best. The 2nd one was amazing and they did a great version of Midnight Rambler. The last night was a let down as everyone was expecting them to pull out some real chestnuts but it wasn't to be.
