Have a question about the Stones

There is a item on Ebay that I am thinking on bidding for tommorow. Its been up since last week and it has a legit COA. I checked it out with PDNA and they said the sigs were genuine.
Problem is ...I dont want to pay the full price but i dont know what to offer that is fair (or the reserve)..... any ideas on a figure? thanks in advance: thumbs up

On the leftside menu on ebay, there is a search option called completed listings.
If you search for ex "rolling stones signed" or something, and then check this option, you will get past acutions listed and their selling price.

Nice way to get an idea of somethings value.

Signed by Bill Wyman at MSG in 2005? I seriously doubt it... Wyman doesn't fly and the last time I know of him being in New York was when the Rhythm Kings played at Town Hall in August of 2001...
