Before a politician went on tv last night, Start Me Up could be heard playing on the auditorium p.a...
Is there any way the Rolling Stones can prevent that ? (Assuming they're against it...)

I am just asking about the legal issue ... playing an artist's recording at an event or rally that is broadcast.
