Got this one in the mail, on Saturday. Probably going to be my Columbus shirt.

What are some of your favorite Keith shirts?

I also like the "Patience Please..." shirt.

This one I got from Bill German in the eighties. BTW the Mick was a present from my wife for my 50 birthday seven years ago,

Yes - and my 23 year old daughter wore it at the Düsseldorf show last year. That was cool.

Dusseldorf was a great concert. My calves may disagree. I had to stand on my tippy toes for the entire show.

It's nice when you pass the Stones on to others. Especially family.

Looking good, Django! Düsseldorf was a family affair for me too. I went with my dad (who is 60 by now, bless him) and my little sis who is 14 (she loved the plastic cups
that said 14 on Fire on them and collected several) She had to put up with repeated plays of Stones DVDs literally all her life and finally got to see the real thing.
Usually I'd say she's a flyweight, but afterwards I really felt it in my spinal column moody smiley If you got kids of your own, go take them to the show! It will stay with them forever! smileys with beer

edit: To not be OT in my post, I will add that I was wearing my "WTF is Mick Jagger" shirt to the show.

Cool Keith tees, Django. Sweet pic of you & your lovely daughter, too. It's always nice to hear about parents passing their Stoneslove on to their kids smiling smiley Very cool Mick painting as well.

I love checking out Keith tees! Hope people post more images here. Below is one from my collection, featuring a beautiful photo by Gered mankowitz. The image is done in a subtle, pewter-colored glitter.

My favorite (that I own) is the one that was sold to benefit the Japanese earthquake victims.

I have that one too! That wonderful photo is by Claude Gassian and the wonderful guitar is by Roger Sadowsky.
The wonderful Keith Richards is by the power of creative joy, sent down here to show us how it's done

I also have a "too tough to die" shirt and an "even tougher" one - can't find a photo,
but it's got Rockman's avatar shot on it and is very striking indeed

Here's a shot of Keith (w/ Marlon, Angela & Mum Doris) wearing a darker shredded version of Django's vintage t-shirt:

My alltime favorite Keith shirt is the one that looks like Warhol did it, four times his face in different colours on an white shirt. From the Steel Wheels Tour, I guess.
Anybody got one left? XL? I want one, desperately...

cheers, fillmore

Yes, thank you it's beautiful. You should see the original. My wife discovered the painting in a local art shop. The owner told her that an old nun walked in the other day and said that she could hear music when looking at this picture. I love this story.

Is it similar to the tee linked below? I know you said 4 Keith faces, but the Warholian aspect seems consistent. This one is from the 1990 European tour and is currently up for bids on ebay (size medium, though).

Great, Plink! That´s the one I thought of. Isn´t it amazing…? Right, only a "double Keith" and it´s from Urban Jungle, not Steels Wheels. Time flies - and my brain with it…
But I couldn´t wear a M-size back then, no way today…
Thank you, anyway!

You're very welcome, Fillmore smileys with beer You're right, it is a very cool shirt indeed! I check the ebay t-shirts often and I'd never seen this one before today. If I ever come across another in an XL I'll post it here smiling smiley.

Does anyone know the story of how Keith hooked up with the guy who makes those killer Keef shirts (New Zeland, Buenos Aires as goucho, Mexico, etc)? They're fantastic images (although I wish the shirts were better quality) but I'd love to hear the story of how it came to be that Keith started wearing them on stage

^ Can't answer your question but I've got the NZ one, even more special to me since I was at the show!
