I bought the vinyl of this show 30+ years ago, age 14 or so, and played it so many times I could recite all the dialogue("this is the land of peace, love, justice...and no mercy. And it pointed down this little dirt road said'Thunder Road'"). To finally "see" it after all this time(a friend sent it to me a while ago) is so great and I still get chills except for the revelation that....Bruce is wearing a wife-beater!? Damn.

First of all, that term for those shirts wasn't around back then.

Second, it's always a little problematic when you view past clothing through today's lens. Compare what Bruce was wearing back then to.. say, the Eagles or Boston, and you'll see it was an excellent choice.
