How could I forget this!!!
Such a great song and great instrumentation but from my perspective what Brian did on slide wasn't particularly creative or stunning. He's basically just hitting the chords with the slide. The choice to use the slide for the tune back then was a good one but it's hardly a stand out performance, imo.
I'm not going to get into the technical aspects of a Brian Jones solo. What can't be equaled by anyone is the feeling. That is stunning.

I'm not going to get into the technical aspects of a Brian Jones solo. What can't be equaled by anyone is the feeling. That is stunning.
