Ha! Had a Close Encounter of the Excessive Kind with Mr Daniels in Nashville. Brought a few bottles back and am looking at them with love in my eyes...

yeah I was gonna add, "badass that I am". What can I say, I like sugar. And caffeine. I once had an extra large coke followed by a large ice coffee. I was able to stay up pretty late that night

Sounds like fun. I just read this Bradbury book, within the past couple months. You liking it?
I tried that last month at a place called the Dory Deli. I'd read about "Mexicoke" in the Wall Street Journal a couple years before and saw it on this recent menu so tried it and liked it.

Mexican coke (no pun intended). It's the real thing - cane sugar instead of corn syrup. I might have to add a touch of JD to it to really set it off.

FYI: If y'all run out of Coca Cola, hopefully you got a bottle or two of Dr. Pepper layin' 'round the house. A Dr. Jack or Pepper Jack, whichever one you wanna call it, goes down like a cherry Coke. Discovered this on a long ago Christmas Eve when all the stores was closed and the only thing to be found in the house was a few bottles of Dr. Pepper.
