Hi- was wondering if any of our Irish friends have had a chance to catch Shane Macgowans new band, "The Shane Gang" -- they havent recorded, but are playing gigs all over Ireland. Anyone seen them ?

I'll be seeing them at the London Feis (Celtic music celebration) on Saturday. Great bill as Dylan is headlining as there's also The Waterboys, Nanci Griffith, Jeff Beck's rockabilly diva Imelda May and loads of others.

Last time I saw Shane was with the Pogues in the '80s. He was royally pissed but somehow manged to put one a great show! Let us know how it goes this Saturday...
