No, this photo along with a good amount of others was taken towards the end of 1967.

For some reason in a few books over the years shots from this session get labelled with being some of the last ones taken of Brian with the band.

Oh, I didn't know that, 67'? It makes sense with them not having hair that long, my bad.

Which means Bill wore that t-shirt from '67 - '72. Rock star on a budget??

There's loads of instances where clothes from a few years before are seen being worn later.

Mick's brown leather boot things shown in the 67 pic re-appear in 1971 or so, Brian's tartan 66 era trousers are worn at a 1969 recording session etc etc.

Also Keith's "Cousin Minnie" shirt from Gimme Shelter is seen on the GHS Jamaica sessions.
