Keith is usually heard out of the right channel except for.....

Normally when listening to the Stones, 80% of the time I can tell which guitar is Keith vs Ronnie or Mick Taylor. Brian is harder for me to figure out. And usually Keith is heard out of the right channel but there are some notorious exceptions, such as Bitch where he is on the left channel? Can anybody else think of more of these exceptions?

Are you thinking of the studio version of Bitch? There are many studio tracks with Keith either centre or left. Dead Flowers is one example.

Is there any time LIVE that Keith is not heard on the right?

Yes. Perhaps that is why I have always had so much trouble figuring out dead flowers.
