Yes it is. But they're becoming quite common it seems and really do get a bad name with tramp stamp. Although I don't quite understand why women get tattoos there when they can't see them anyway. Obviously they're meant for others to see.

You're right, DSK is presumed innocent, and the maid is presumed guilty, as well as the journalist Tristane Banon, the Air France female crew, the IMF girl, and so on...

Thanks to the US for bringing that guy to justice: in France he would have been protected.

By the way we always hear about "presumed innocent" but only for some people that's funny: those like Sway who stress the famous "presumed innocent" are the first to charge Berlusconi. Please be consistent.
