We've all heard Keith talk about the ancient art of weaving, well I've found a wonderful example of it by listening to this album of Ravi Shankar and Ali Akbar Khan jamming live in 1972.

the early Muddy Waters Jimmy Rodgers stuff as well as the guitars behind Little Walter are the inspiration for this style of interplay.

Muddy's record I'm Ready which is from the 70s has a ton of some the best of this stuff IMO
