"Hyde Park '69"/ 4 track ep

Does anyone know the origins of this boot?...I purchased a copy in the original Newbury Comics on Newbury St in Boston around 1979 or 1980.
It has 3 tracks from Hyde Park and an outtake of the Last Time which I don't believe I've heard elsewhere.
It had a blue paper cover and was subtitled "A Tv Guide Release" or something like that....
I also have an ep I bought around the same time which features "outtakes" from Satanic Majesties which has a red paper cover of Brian/Keith and had to have been put out by the same company...

Naahh sounds different than the BBC version found elsewhere...this one has a different mix or something...it IS noticeable.
