I was listening to Ronnie's 1st record (which is great BTW) and noticed that the gospel-like background vocals in the song "Act Together" are very similar to the background vox on "Let It Loose".
Does anyone know if it's the same singers?

No; Let It Loose featured the backing singers from Dr John's band.

I never knew they were from Dr. John's band...thanks.
And yes, I've Got My Own Album To Do is an excellent record. Some really nice tunes and just enough help from Mick, Keef, Rod, etc.
I think it is certainly as consistent as any of the Faces records.
Which reminds me...The Faces box set is the best box set ever made.

Unless you think every song ever recorded in history with gospel vocals is "similar", then no, they aren;t particularly similar other than each has a gospel feel.
