He's a French dude who used to be in Telephone in the 1970s and 80s, and Suis-Moi is his new album which has a track called Mes Icones (My Icons) which is a tribute to the Stones. More than that I can't tell you, as French Amazon doesn't seem to give you the option of listening before buying.
