I'm getting the impression that no one wants to keep this guitar. It has changed hands at least 3 times in the last 5 years.

Well, if no one wants it I gladly volunteer to loo after it!

Should it not be returned to Mick Taylor as it was stolen from him during the Exile Sessions?

Where would he stand with a situation like that, if he wanted this guitar back?

Unfortunately, I didn't get to play it. I just had some back and forth with the owner. $500k was a bit out of my price range. winking smiley

Well fiftyamp, I have to admit I called the seller when the guitar first re-surfaced and was up for sale in 2004 or 2005. I talked to him a few times but in his advertising of the guitar's history during the sale, he really didn't seem to get his facts right. I'd love to see this guitar and play it. My all time favorite Stones guitar and a storied one besides that. Clapton played it the first Cream gig, Page and Hendrix played it, god knows who else...

If I put a down payment of $10K and finance the balance of $490K U.S. ,what kind of monthly payment am I looking at? I do have perfect credit and own my home if that is important.
