Help On Making A CD
Date: July 2, 2014 02:34

I'm trying to make a 'Definitive' box set version of the 1971-2006 box set, but expanded and including the omissions. I'm expanding the tracks to 2014, and am trying to fit everything on as few discs as possible. For the 2007-2014 tracks, I've got:
Plundered My Soul (b/w All Down The Line album version)
No Spare Parts (b/w BTMMR) QUESTION-Did they use mono or stereo?
Doom & Gloom (incl. all remixes)
One More Shot (inc. remix)

For their omissions, I'm going to get the correct version of 'Think I'm Going Mad' (Spotify's version has a skip). I also will try finding the correct remixes of TMB. So far I've found Too Much Blood's
Dance Version [www.youtube.com]
Dance/Dub [www.youtube.com]
Dance version (again? This one's 12 minutes) [www.youtube.com]
and the Maxi Version

Anything I'm missing or suggestions?

-Original Mono 45 rpm versions.

Too Much Blood (Dance Version by Arthur Baker)
Too Much Blood (Dub Version by Arthur Baker)

-Released on limited US 12" single, 1984.

Winning Ugly (NY Mix by Francios Kervorkian)

-Released on US / Canadian 12" single, 1986.

Tumbling Dice (live)
Street Fighting Man (live)

-Released on Dutch / EU single "Jumping Jack Flash", 1991.

Sexdrive (Club Version)

-Released on Dutch / EU single, 1991.

Live With Me (live)
Tumbling Dice (live)

-Released on Dutch / EU single "Wild Horses", 1996.

Since 2006, the following tracks has been released as singles, either as vinyls or digital:

Wild Horses (Album Version) / Wild Horses (Stripped Version)
Plundered My Soul (Radio Mix) / All Down The Line (Album Version)
All Down The Line (Alternate Take)

Thanks, Blueranger! I almost forgot about the SSS EP!
BTW-I almost forgot. On my CD Single of Anybody Seen My Baby?, there is a ten-second track called 'Call-Out Hook;'. It's just the chorus (my copy appears to be a radio-promo issue. Maybe used as a 'bumper'?), but I found a video of it.

I may add it just to have a 'Definitive' set.
By the way-you wouldn't know if the alternative ADTL is the one from the Japanese Exile, would you?

The alternate All Down The Line is the one from the Japanese Exile, yes :-)

There are plenty of 'Call Out Hooks' out there, they only appear on promos. Many promos contain some unique stuff as well. However, since it is not 'officially' released, I didn't include it in my list.

Of those I can remember, there is a fantastic 'Don Was Live Remix' of Out Of Control on a promo. Also Biggest Mistake appears instrumental on a promo.

Great, now I've gotta hunt those down! Lol and thanks again!
