I've just been downloading a DVD of Youtube clips, upped by mcp, and noted that the first clip is from the Sunday 2nd August 1964 performance of the Stones at Longleat House, Wiltshire, UK - close to where I now live.

Thanks for posting, stoneman333. Hard to imagine going to see the Stones when they were just emerging as the best and most popular of many regional bands invited to play at a local estate, and interesting to read some of the comments of people who remember going to these shows when they were in their early teens. Several mention that Brian Jones stood out as a superior musician.

Yes I live in Wiltshire.
It's amazing to think they played places like Salisbury back in the day.
