Who cares. Dated 80's metal. Okay in it's day but, but no longer relevant to anyone who wasn't a 14 year-old burn-out 30 years ago.

tell me how its the truth? i wasn't even born in 1981 when these albums were first released. diary and blizzard each sold about 2 million copies in the last 20 years. do you think it was people in their late 30's buying it or do you think it was teens and people in their 20's?
these albums have some of the best guitar work ever on them thanks to randy rhoads and most of the songs have a much deeper meaning than anything the stones have ever done.

In your opinion. Britney Spears has sold over 100 million albums, just like Ozzy, and in less than half the time. Sales has crap to do with anything in my book.
And how deep a song's meaning is doesn't matter much to me either, regardless of who it is. I've always been more interested in music than lyrics, and I outgrew Ozzy's music a long time ago. If you haven't, and can't take someone disagreeing with you, that's your problem.

I used to own all Ozzies Lp´s,,,but i bought them because i had all Black Sabbath albums, and i still do.
Bets Ozzys work is Live album with Andy rhodes(?) i think you can forget everything else,at least i can.
I think Ozzys work in metal, heavy music is overrated, first of all,he was horrible live singer, probaply because he was never sober.
Don´t what he actually did on his Sabbath era,but Iommi wrote the riffs and much of the music,Geezer Buttle wrote all the lyrics and music with Iommi.

you are a fool if you think the rolling stones chuck berry inspired music was more complex than the randy rhoads stuff inspired by classical music. thats funnier than your original comment

i'd like to add i mentioned album sales because you said it's no longer relevant to anyone except people who were 14 when they were released 30 years ago. my proof you are wrong was the fact the albums still sell very well every year so younger people must still be discovering it

I didn't say that at all, and I can't see how you got that impression from anything I've said. Then again, you think the Axl Rose Band still passes for Guns n' Roses, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that you're so easily confused.Quote

The only thing that proves is suckers like you keep buying the same records every time Sharon re-issues them.

I don't understand why people feel the need to knock other people's musical tastes. I love the stones and I love Ozzy, so what.

So I assume he's going back to the original versions of these albums then, finally? Removing the overdubbed guitar parts from the latest remastering of them??
