What is the tuning for both acoustic & electric guitars on You Got to Move from STicky Fingers. Sound like an open E dropped down a whole step?

This guy does Keith's part in Open C and sounds pretty accurate. Taylor was probably tuned likewise - he didn't start playing slide in standard tuning until the '72 tour, so far as I know.
