I dont know anything about the boot Southern Quotation, when and where is it taken from an other titles on that album or show?

It's Greensboro 1978 allright.
Allthough I love the 1978 tour.....the Greensboro show is lousy....compared to the better 1978 shows
Make sure you get the black vinyl bootleg. The coloured vinyls which came out later are worse sounding than the original black pressing
