Did they fire the GRRR! giant monkey?

Or worst, killed the endangered primate?

It seems King Kong will play a lower part in the new Asian-Pacif leg... Do they fear a cultural faux pas? See you in Abu Dhabi, Sydney and Auckland.

I think Grrregory was not allowed to play with fire in 2014, so he'll probably be monkeying around. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

Maybe they realized it just wasn't that inspired of an idea...

Even Flashpoint looked like it took a second more thought

i'm one of those pro-animal people who doesnt really like to see wildlife killed,i only eat fish and veggies and that sort of thing-

having said that,i want Ggggregory sshot and kkilled.what a stupid idea,i hate that friggin stupid looking ape.

and remember that so called artist who said he enjoyed pissing off the stones fans because they hated his idea.he even pulled out the old"if it gets a reaction its good"line.

yeah right ,when people say you suck and your work sucks that means its good....

Word is he's taking it easy on Fiji and then he'll hop the concorde for the first leg of the 2014 tour.

Does this mean that the GRRR! comp has gone out of print already?

That means they'll have to release another greatest hits package to make D&G available again.

Hey, it would make for a great tour concept.

I did love the gorilla drummers at the Newark show...kinda show bizy, I know, but they really added to the excitement and anticipation of the Stones.

To be honest, I will miss the big dumb guy. winking smiley

Yeah, I was lucky to. I want more and more and more!!!

MGM's parking garage, I loved it! The day after the concert, a maintenance man was taking down the posters. The big vinyl, in the picture, was already gone. I asked about it. The maintenance man said, "It went to a guy in a suit." He seemed kind of disgusted about it.

I loved them, too, ALTHOUGH from where we were sitting we didn't realize what they were dressed as. It just looked like they were wearing hoods. I don't remember them using the drummers after those first five shows? Expense, I guess, though they did use the music.
